Behavioral telemetry + in-app feedback

The fastest way to ship the right thing is to know exactly where users get stuck. Two new tools this week make that loop tighter.

What's new

• Behavioral telemetry pipeline. Anonymised navigation paths and feature-usage signals flow into our analytics layer, with strict opt-out controls and zero PII. We see which page a user bounces from — not who the user is.
• In-app feedback widget with screenshots. Click "give feedback" anywhere in the app, the widget grabs the current state of your screen, the URL, the user agent, and lets you type a sentence about what's wrong. Lands in our admin inbox with rich context — most reports become same-day fixes.
• Behavioral Intelligence + Active Defense tabs in the Cockpit. Operator-only dashboard slices for monitoring how the platform is being used and where defensive controls are firing.
• Real IP extraction + UTM tracking on signup. Honest attribution for marketing experiments without third-party cookies.
• EPSS + Exploit-DB + Vulners enrichment. Three new exploit-intelligence sources feeding the vulnerability scorer.

Why this matters

Users don't write bug reports — they leave. We'd rather make it as easy as humanly possible to leave a complaint than to ship blind. The screenshot widget alone has caught more usability issues in a week than two months of staring at logs.

• In-app feedback зі скріншотами. Натисни «дати feedback» будь-де в застосунку — віджет схопить поточний стан екрану, URL, user-agent, дасть написати речення. Падає в наш admin-inbox з повним контекстом — більшість звернень стають фіксами того ж дня.
• Вкладки Behavioral Intelligence + Active Defense у Cockpit. Operator-only зрізи для моніторингу, як платформа використовується і де спрацьовують захисні контролі.
• Реальний IP + UTM-трекінг на signup. Чесна атрибуція для маркетингових експериментів без third-party cookie.
• Збагачення EPSS + Exploit-DB + Vulners. Три нових джерела exploit-intelligence годують скорер вразливостей.

Чому це важливо

Користувачі не пишуть баг-репортів — вони йдуть. Ми хочемо, щоб залишити скаргу було максимально просто, замість шипити наосліп. Сам тільки feedback-віджет за тиждень знайшов більше usability-проблем, ніж два місяці read-only-моніторингу логів.
