Per-client rate limits + Ukrainian solution pages

We fixed a silent bug where all dashboard and API users shared one rate-limit bucket, and shipped Ukrainian translations for eight core solution pages on the website.

Why this matters for customers

The rate-limit bug was invisible in normal use but became a real problem for anyone running automation or integrations alongside the dashboard: a single busy process could push every other session into 429 errors. With per-client limits, each user and each integration has its own independent quota — completely isolated from one another.

The Ukrainian solution pages mean Ukrainian-speaking prospects and customers can now evaluate the full Lorika product story in their own language, without switching between English and translated tabs.

For IT administrators

Your enrolled devices now automatically receive the higher request-rate tier. If you run scripts or integrations against the Lorika API, each now has its own independent rate limit. No configuration changes are needed.
