The team

Built by people who've been on the buyer side of every endpoint security tool on the market.

Lorika's co-founders spent 40+ combined years inside Ukrainian banks and IT-services companies — running incident response, designing network and endpoint controls, keeping core banking systems and data center infrastructure alive around the clock, and signing the cheques for the EDR / MDM / DLP stack. Lorika is the product we wanted to buy and couldn't.

Dmytro Nikitiuk

Co-Founder & CEO · Kyiv, Ukraine

Dmytro has spent 20+ years on the operational side of enterprise cybersecurity in Ukraine. Before founding Lorika he held the CISO seat at multiple Ukrainian companies; ran a security consulting practice in Kyiv and Baku; and served as Deputy Head of Network Security Unit at Raiffeisen Bank Aval for five years — protecting one of the largest retail banking networks in the country during the 2008-2012 wave of bank-targeted cyberattacks.

The pattern that pushed him into building a product: every time he sat down to renew an endpoint-security contract, he had to bolt together two or three vendors (one for posture, one for compliance evidence, one for vulnerability scanning) to answer the question the auditor was actually asking. So he built the answer.

Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the National Aviation University (Kyiv).

Co-Founder · Kyiv, Ukraine

Vitalii co-founds Lorika alongside 20+ years of IT and project management experience in Ukraine's banking sector, all at Raiffeisen Bank Aval. He currently serves as Director of IT Delivery, Core Banking Systems Division, leading the stability, availability, and modernization of the bank's core banking systems, including migrating all Core Banking Systems to the cloud.

Earlier in his career he built the Core Banking System Development Department from scratch, ran Data Center Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems, and delivered large-scale programs including an Identity and Access Management rollout and a full IT Infrastructure Roadmap (data center build-out, server consolidation, unified storage).

That same operational discipline — running systems that can't go down and infrastructure that has to work every day — is what he brings to Lorika.

Working with Lorika

We're a tight founding team building a SaaS product the way it should be built: small, opinionated, customer-funded, and shipping every week. We're not actively hiring full-time roles right now, but we always have room for short-term collaborations with practitioners who've operated security inside banks, fintechs, or regulated SaaS — exactly the kind of people Lorika is for.
